Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
A.

Yes we do.   Each cleaner brings her own cleaning supplies. If you want us to use anything special that you might have, you can leave it out for us and the girls will know to use it or you can always call us and let us know.

Do you do laundry?
A.

We fold laundry but we do not wash it.  To fold laundry, we charge $3.00 per small basket of laundry and $5.00 per large basket of laundry.

What type of payments do you accept?
A.

We take checks, cash, or any major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover).

Do girls work on the weekends?
A.

  We have some girls that work on Saturdays but we are closed on Sundays.

 Do I have to be home?
A.

Only if you want to.  If you cannot be home, you can leave a key on a certain p lace and let us know.  Many customers also give us a key and we will keep it at the office.

Can I keep the same person in my house each time?
A.
Yes you can.  If you like the person we send out, just let us know and we will continue to send the same crew.  If for some reason we cannot send your requested cleaner, you will be informed.

 Yes gift certificates are available.

Are you insured?
A.

Yes we are covered by both liability and workman's compensation insurance.

Do you have to sign a contract?

Service can be started or stopped by just a phone call or email.

Can you give me a price over the phone?
A.

We can only do that for house cleaning.  For carpet cleaning we charge per square foot.  The Technician needs to come out and measure your carpeted areas and he will let you know how much it will cost.  You can either let him clean that day or reschedule for another day.

With how many days in advance can I schedule?
A.

The sooner the better like that we can put you on schedule with the day that will work out the best for you.

Do you vacuum before you clean the carpets?
A.

 Yes we do.  We thoroughly vacuum all carpets before the carpet cleaning is done.

How long does the carpet take to dry?
A.

It could take up to 6-8 hours to dry.

Q.

 Can you clean oriental rugs at the house or do they have to be brought back?
A.

All rugs have to be brought back to the office because each rug requires different treatments.
Q.
Do I need to have water and electricity turned on?
A.
You do not need water but you must have electricity in order to vacuum all of the carpets before cleaning.
